Canning Bridge Secretarial Service was established in 1990 to provide flexibility for growing businesses. Owner Manager Robin Austen took over the business in 2003 and heads a team of talented administrators with over 60 years combined experience in business administration and office management. Our staff are excellent typists, word processers and book keepers and can adapt to the needs of your business.

Our billing is very simple
Instead of paying wages and having to do all the complex book keeping that goes with it, we simply issue you with one monthly bill. Our billing system is also very simple. Our basic rate for most services is $35 per hour (ex GST) with a minimum monthly fee of $250 per month for standard reception and secretarial services (under 4 hours per month). We are flexible to your needs. This means that our cost will match your work load, instead of having to hire a full time support person that you must pay regardless of whether you work or not.

Gozone is a business selling Murder Mystery games. We provide a phone answering service, answer enquiries and send out information packs. We take orders over the phone and via fax and email and then organise billing and dispatch of the games. We also manage their website by handling the orders directly from the web and processing credit card payments.

Pica Activated Carbon is an international activated carbon supply company. We provide full secretarial services to enable this small unique group of professional staff to do business all over Australia and internationally, including remote sites.
Egan Drilling and Beacon Minerals
Egan Drilling and Beacon Minerals are in the mobile drilling business, providing mobile RC drill rigs to remote mining locations. We provide professional support to Egan Drilling enabling the owner to keep wages costs down whilst still operating a professional business in the competitive drilling industry.
Future Health and Wellbeing
Future Health and Wellbeing is involved in multi-level marketing for chemical free and health supplement products. They utilise our book keeping service for their accounts and quarterly BAS.
Blackwood Wines Cafe
The owner of Blackwood Wines Cafe was overwhelmed by the taxation compliance requirements for BAS, a situation that was beginning to take its toll in terms of his enthusiasm for his business. Blackwood Wines Cafe utilises our book keeping services (MYOB) on a monthly basis from a remote location.
